Become a Literacy Volunteer
We are recruiting compassionate and enthusiastic volunteers to tutor adults in English speaking, reading, and writing. Many of our students also need support preparing for their U.S. Citizenship interviews.
If you would like to provide one-to-one instruction to adults in our community, we invite you to attend a New Tutor Training. No teaching experience is required, only a desire to help learners reach their educational goals.
Upcoming Information Session
Are you wondering if becoming a tutor is right for you? Come to an information session to learn more about our mission, our students, and what it takes to be a literacy volunteer. This is a virtual session held on Zoom. If you are unable to attend the session below, please email us at volunteers@literacyforall.org. We can send you a recording and answer any questions you might have.
